Your use of this game is at your sole risk.

The game is for entertainment purposes of responsible adults of legal drinking age. There should be no underage drinking when playing the game. We also discourage excessive drinking. This means knowing your limits and drinking with caution and in moderation. It is your responsibility to monitor and moderate your alcohol consumption.

This game should be fun. Do not do anything that is illegal, makes you uncomfortable, or puts your health or safety, or that of any others, at risk.

We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

• The item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee

• We charge a fee of $5.00 for any items returned and that amount will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item address will be provided once we receive email.
• We are not responsible for items lost during in transit.
